Counselling.

Counselling offers you a confidential and supportive space to talk about what is happening in your life, understand your thoughts and feels, and explore the things that may be keeping you stuck. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. We can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Online and In-person Counselling

Sessions are available online or in-person. Online counselling can offer flexibility and convenience, while in-person sessions provide a dedicated space away from everyday distraction. We can discuss which option feels more comfortable for you.

What to Expect.

Your first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like support with and what you hope to get from the process. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are arranged by appointment. We can review how counselling is going as we work together and discuss what feels most hopeful for you.
